Orders and Deliveries |

When an order is placed with us, a response should be sent out within 24hrs. |

A order is only concluded when we receive payment for an offer of goods on our Website. The Goods listed on the Website constitute an offer to sell on our part. |

We reserve the right to reject an order or payment for any reason. In particular we reserve the right to refuse to accept orders or payments from customers outside of the United States or to charge for any additional postage and customs charges incurred by us in sending Goods outside of the United States. |

An order will be held in a queue for 7 days awaiting payment after which time if no payment is received the order becomes void and the order items are returned to stock. |

We will endeavour to issue any Goods we have agreed to sell to you within 10 days of the date of acceptance of the order. However time of delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract between you and us. |

Orders that have been accepted by us will be dispatched by registered or recorded delivery post to the address you have notified to us. |

The price for the Goods is as listed on the Website as at the date you place an order. The price may be subject to additional delivery charges and we will tell you what these are at the time you place your order. |

As of 12/06 we are no longer accepting payment by mail due to no-compliance. Sorry for any inconvience. |

All US domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority. |

All international orders are shipped via USPS air mail (other options may be discussed prior to placing an order). |

If the total estimated shipping costs for an order result in a value larger than the our actual shipping and handling fees when the order is shipped, we reserve the right to refund the portion of the total shipping cost minus our actual shipping and reasonable handling fees. |

Thee Basket Boo-tique is not responsible for customs fees when shipping outside of the United States. We may however, allow you to prepay custom fees as part of the actual shipping cost and choose a more appropriate shipping method to expedite customs processing. |
